What is a Virtual Assistant?
A Virtual Assistant is an independent entrepreneur providing administrative, website, social media, marketing and/or technical services.
Will I be able to work with the same Virtual Assistant for all of my projects?
Absolutely! We believe that getting to know our clients and learning as much as we can about their company and is the most important aspect of building a successful and long-term relationship.
How do I communicate with my assistant?
Any way that works best for you!
I prefer email - that way there is a time stamp, a paper trail and it won't get lost in spotty cell phone service areas. However, Most VA's are also available on Facebook messenger if that works better for you.
Is a Virtual Assistant considered an employee?
No. Virtual Assistants work on an independent contractor basis. You are not responsible for any employee-related taxes or benefits. Your VA is not your employee. VA's work with you and have time slots allocated to work on your tasks.

What systems do you use to work remotely?
The Internet offers an amazing number of resources that make it easy for people to work together virtually. I frequently utilize remote desktop software, virtual collaboration sites, and various file transfer programs such as Dropbox, Google drive. If this sounds overwhelming, don’t worry! You can leave the details to me! Each of my assistants has an office fully equipped with the latest technology and software. You do not need to provide us with any equipment.
How do I know which package is the right one to choose?
A way to figure out which package you should select is by monitoring what tasks you are handling that I could be doing, and logging them. After a few weeks you should have a good idea of which package is best suited for your needs. Another way is to also download my PDF on '30 tasks to delegate to a VA'. It will help you get a better idea of what kind of things I can help you with.
How quickly will my project or task be completed?
Turn around time depends on the complexity and urgency of the project. We strive to have a turn around time of 2 to 3 business days for most tasks. If your project is time sensitive, a deadline will be agreed upon before work begins. We are committed to delivering all projects on or before the deadline.
What happens if I paid for a package then there's a lull in my business?
Our pricing modules are not based on how much time we spend on working but rather set on a monthly rate according to the number of tasks delegated to the VA. If there's a lull in your business for a month or so, you can schedule a call with me and we'll work something out.
How do you ensure security and confidentiality?
The security and confidentiality of my clients and their businesses is of the utmost importance to me. I will sign an NDA if you wish.
Can you manage Inbound Calls for me?
Unfortunately, no. I left the life of a call center rep long ago!
I'm not in Canada or the US, Can you still help me?
For sure! Happy to support anyone, anywhere. I will work during my normal EST business hours, but that just means you could have your business running while you're off the clock!

When are you available?
- I reside in Ontario, Canada and work on Eastern Standard Time.
- I am generally* available on email between 9 am - 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday.
- Calls must be scheduled in advance by visiting my booking app here.
- I am not available on national or personal holidays (these will be identified before they occur).
- I am not available on an "on call" basis however I will respond in due time to email messages, FB messenger or What's App.
