Tip 2 - Delegate & Outsource
Entrepreneurs should consider finding assistance to help with time-consuming tasks or with work outside of their experience or knowledge. Whether it's bookkeeping, social media account set up, web design or copy-writing, there are several local virtual experts ready to help you. Click for a list of tasks that you can delegate.
One tip highly recommend to help re-motivate entrepreneurs is to get the right people on board their team. Hire a virtual assistant, freelancers and employees to do the actual difficult things, the tasks which you either don’t have time to do, don’t know how to do or don’t have the knowledge to do. Outsource the tasks that are less appealing and take up most of your time.
"Take an authentic view of what you can do and what you can delegate. Most people presume they need to do everything when in reality the majority of what they spend their time on is not actually affecting their cash flow or customer experience. Make sure that you’re achieving the most valuable work, not the work that can be managed by someone else. Focus on growing your business. Save time and money" says Barnes.
